How to ‘Romanticize’ your life in April

30 fun journaling prompts for daily use

How to ‘Romanticize’ your life in April

They don’t tell you this in school, but your twenties aren’t just a decade – they’re a psychological boot camp where the instructor is life itself. Some days, you feel on top of the world, like landing your dream job or finally affording a solo trip. Other days, you're staring at your bank app, wondering how rent is due again. It’s a rollercoaster and one thing helping me to keep track of my journey is journaling.

Every morning for six years, I journal, sometimes just a few thoughts, plans, or moments of gratitude. It brings clarity, keeps me accountable, and lets me track how much I’ve grown. Plus, I like to imagine my grandkids stumbling upon my journals one day and turning them into a book because, obviously, “Glam-ma” lived an iconic life 😉

Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, ecstatic, or lost, writing things down helps, even when you don’t have the words yet. It’s a mirror for your thoughts, a way to make sense of the chaos and the way you experience them.

This month, I’m switching things up and inviting you to join me. Instead of just recapping our days, let’s dig deeper. These prompts will help us reflect, dream, and see the beauty in every moment. If you’re in, here they are:
